What we offer

Services

From the first requirements meeting through final delivery and sustainment, we cover the technical work needed to bring a complex system to operational readiness.

Project & program management

Schedule development, Critical Design Reviews, risk identification, and stakeholder coordination. We keep the program visible to everyone paying for it and flag problems while there is still room to solve them.

Output — IMS, CDR package, risk register, status reporting

System integration

Hardware and software integration across airborne, ground control, communications, and sensor segments, including NATO STANAG compliance and interoperability validation. We have built ground control stations, not just specified them.

Output — integrated system, ICDs, compliance evidence

Flight test & evaluation

DoD Design of Experiments certified planning and execution for manned and unmanned aircraft. We build the test matrix, write the cards, run the mission, and deliver the report — and we make sure the system is ready before it reaches the range.

Output — DT/OT test plans, test cards, data analysis, final report

Training & technical writing

Instructor-led curriculum development with on-site and in-field delivery, plus end-to-end operator and maintainer technical manuals for the system and its support equipment.

Output — courseware, O&M technical manuals, qualified operators

Logistics & operations support

Shipping, transportation, and flight test set-up and tear-down. FAA certified A&P mechanics are available for hands-on maintenance of manned and unmanned aircraft.

Output — deployment support, A&P maintenance, spares handling

Range coordination & scheduling

Full-service range operations coordination for ground and flight test. We manage the schedule, the safety documentation, and the working relationship with range authorities.

Output — range schedule, safety package, airspace coordination

How an engagement runs

Requirement to
fielded capability

These steps happen in order on every program we take. Each one has an exit condition, and we do not move past it until that condition is met.

01
Requirement and scopeWe work the requirement with you until it is testable. Exit condition: an agreed statement of what "done" looks like.
02
Design and reviewArchitecture, interfaces, and schedule through Critical Design Review. Exit condition: a CDR your engineering authority signs.
03
Build and integrateSegments assembled and brought together on the bench. Exit condition: end-to-end function demonstrated in the lab.
04
Test and evaluateGround test, then flight test against the DOE matrix. Exit condition: data that answers the test objectives.
05
Deliver and sustainManuals, training, and maintenance support. Exit condition: your people operating the system without us.

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe the program and we will tell you where we would actually add value — including when the answer is that you do not need us.
